DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH REGULATION FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE ALZHEIMER’S DISEASE REGISTRY
By virtue of the powers and faculties conferred by Act No. 81, March 14, 1912, as amended, the Act No. 170, August 12, 1988, as amended, and Act. No. 237, August 15, 1999, the Secretary of Health informs of her intent to adopt the Regulations for the Establishment of the Alzheimer’s Disease Registry.
The proposed Regulation will establish the compulsory notification of all diagnosed cases of alzheimer’s disease and will regulate the operation and maintenance of the Alzheimer’s Disease Registry.
