PUBLIC NOTICE
TO ADOPT REGULATIONS FOR THE ISSUANCE OF HEALTH CERTIFICATES IN PUERTO RICO
By virtue of the powers and faculties conferred by Act No. 81 of 1912, as amended, Act. No. 232 of 2000, and the Act No. 170 of 1988, as amended, the Secretary of Health informs of her intent to adopt the Regulations for the Issuance of Health Certificates in Puerto Rico.
The proposed Regulation will establish the requirements for the issuance of health certificates according to Act. No. 232, August 30, 2000, known as the Health Certification Law of Puerto Rico.
The public is formally invited to present any comments, and/or recommendations in writing within thirty (30) days from the publication of this notice. Comments should be sent to the following address:
