PUBLIC NOTICE
TO ADOPT THE REGULATIONS FOR THE LICENSING AND CONTROL OF ESTABLISHMENTS AND PERSONS WHO MANUFACTURE, DISTRIBUTE, DISPENSE AND SELL DRUGS AND DEVICES
By virtue of the powers and faculties conferred by Act No. 81 of 1912, as amended, Act No. 170 of 1988, as amended, and Act No. 247 of 2004, the Secretary of Health informs of her intent to adopt regulations for the licensing and control of establishments and persons who manufacture, distribute, dispense and sell drugs and devices.
The public is formally invited to present any comments, and/or recommendations in writing within thirty (30) days from the publication of this notice. Comments should be sent to the following address:
